Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because many products are handmade or personalized, slight variations may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, materials, and product availability.

We may update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions.

Orders and Payments

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information.

Personalized Orders

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, colors, design selections, addresses, and uploaded photos before submitting your order.

Cancellation and change requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing an order. Requests received after that time cannot be guaranteed because production may have already started.

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Additional details are available in our Refund Policy.

Customer-Submitted Content

When you provide photos, text, names, artwork, or other content for personalization, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it.

You grant Hello Sunshine Gifts permission to reproduce, resize, crop, edit, or otherwise process the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, fulfill, and support your order.

You may not submit unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content. We may refuse or cancel an order containing such material.

Shipping, Pickup, and Local Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when an error is our responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, designs, and photographs—belong to Hello Sunshine Gifts or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use our website content without written permission. Customer-submitted personalization content remains the property of its respective owner.
