Made Just for You

Every personalized item is created individually from the information you submit, including names, dates, times, measurements, wording, colors, design notes, or photos.

Please Check Every Detail

Review all spelling, capitalization, punctuation, dates, times, measurements, selections, and uploaded photos before completing your order. We make the item from the details submitted with the order, so customer-entered errors may not be correctable after production begins.

Photo Quality

Upload the original, highest-resolution image available. Photos may be cropped or repositioned to fit the product's shape and selected design. If an image cannot be used as submitted, we may contact you before production.

Processing Time

Personalized orders are typically prepared in 2–4 business days before shipping, pickup, or local delivery. Larger orders, busy seasons, or especially detailed requests may need additional time.

Changes and Cancellations

Email contact@hellosunshinegifts.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests are accepted within 6 hours of purchase and only before production begins. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an item is in production.

Returns and Errors

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error. See our Returns and Cancellations page for full details.
