Shipping and Processing
Each personalized order is prepared with care in Gainesville, Florida. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
Processing Time
Personalized orders are typically prepared in 2–4 business days. Larger quantities, busy seasons, or especially detailed requests may require additional time. We will contact you if your order needs more time.
United States Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard shipping: $8, or free for eligible orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
Available estimated transit times appear at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and do not include the 2–4 business-day production period. Express shipping does not shorten the production period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the package.
Shipping Address Changes
Review the delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email contact@hellosunshinegifts.com immediately with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is processed or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen. If tracking has not updated or a package appears lost, contact the carrier first and then contact us if you still need help. For a damaged order, keep the product and packaging and send clear photos within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Gainesville Pickup and Delivery
Free local pickup and eligible local delivery are available at checkout. Local delivery is offered within 6 miles for $7.99 and is free for eligible orders of $70 or more. Personalized orders are typically prepared in 2–4 business days. After your order is ready, please allow up to 2 business days for local delivery. See our Local Pickup & Delivery page for details.
