Local customers can skip shipping and choose free pickup or eligible local delivery during checkout.

Free Local Pickup

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout.
  • Personalized orders are typically ready in 2–4 business days.
  • Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to the pickup location.
  • The Gainesville pickup address, instructions, and available timing are provided in that notification.

Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation, because personalized orders are prepared individually.

Local Delivery

  • Available for eligible addresses within 6 miles of our Gainesville location.
  • Delivery fee: $7.99.
  • Free local delivery for eligible orders of $70 or more.
  • Personalized orders are typically prepared in 2–4 business days.
  • After your order is ready, please allow up to 2 business days for local delivery.

Enter the delivery address at checkout. Shopify will show Local Delivery only when the address and order qualify. We will send an update when the order is ready.

If Local Delivery Does Not Appear
