We want your personalized gifts to arrive safely and on time. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Personalized orders are typically prepared in 2–4 business days before shipping, pickup, or local delivery. Processing time is separate from transit time. Larger quantities, busy seasons, and especially detailed requests may require additional time, and we will contact you if that applies to your order.
United States Shipping
We ship within the United States via standard carriers such as USPS or UPS.
- Standard shipping: $8, or free for eligible orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.
Estimated transit times are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and do not include the 2–4 business-day production period. Express shipping does not shorten production time unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Gainesville, Florida. Select Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to the pickup location. The address and instructions are included in that notification.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 6 miles of our Gainesville location. Delivery is $7.99, and free for eligible orders of $70 or more. After your order is ready, please allow up to 2 business days for local delivery. If the option does not appear at checkout, the address is outside the current delivery area or the order does not qualify.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if tracking shows an issue, please reach out and we will be happy to help track it down.
